Chauncey Nuusolia

Chauncey began his martial arts journey in 2007 as a 10th Planet white belt, diving headfirst into the unorthodox world of no-gi Jiu Jitsu. Nearly a decade later, in 2016, his passion for teaching led him to begin coaching at 10th Planet Austin, where he sharpened his skills as both a practitioner and instructor.

In 2018, Chauncey took a bold step by opening 10th Planet Dallas, bringing Eddie Bravo’s innovative system to the heart of Texas. His dedication and years of training culminated in 2020, when he was awarded his black belt directly from Eddie Bravo.

Over the years, Chauncey has tested himself in competition at every belt level, under multiple rule sets, always pushing to grow and adapt. His experience on the mats—both as a competitor and coach—fuels his mission to develop well-rounded athletes and share the art of Jiu Jitsu with the Dallas community.
